Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric MX-402 (ENCS0990601) parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fuji-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fujitsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fuji-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji-Electric such as the PXZ7RAV15V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IFA6D3U2 manufactured by Fujitsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Fujitsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PXR9RAY1GV0A1 by Manufacturer Fuji-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fuji-Electric Brand FVR037E7S2UX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fuji-Electric such as KVL20R equipment made by Fuji-Electric have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 96M40 by Furnas and KVL20R spares by Fuji-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
